I said HERE that I was going to do the exercises from the book Life Lessons for Mastering the Law of Attraction and, so, here is the exercise from Life Lesson Life Lesson #4 which is "The Power of Your State of Mind" This exercise is to write on index cards 4-5 "I am" statements "to be repeated twice a day, just before going to sleep and getting out of bed each morning. Begin your affirmations with I am so happy and grateful that..." The examples in my opinion were such good ones that I am using them. However, instead of putting them on index cards I wrote them in my phone's memo section. I always have the phone by the bed in the morning and at night because my alarm is on it so I thought I'd save a tree and put these statements there.
